         Christians for Immigration Reform (CFIR) has been founded to provide an opportunity for those millions of Christian Americans whose views on U.S. immigration policy differ sharply from the expansionist policies currently advanced by most church organizations, and particularly by their Washington, D.C. lobbying offices. 

         Christian Americans are consistently being misrepresented by church lobbyists who seek to convey to Congress the impression that their radical views are widely held by their congregations.
